Feature Film Directors Jae Hoon Ahn and Joo Hwan Kim meet with students

This Fall CTVA was excited to host two feature film directors from Korea in Professor Frances Gateward's International Film class, which focused on South Korea.  With the support of the Korean Cultural Center of Los Angeles, students were honored to interact with groundbreaking animator Jae Hoon Ahn, who presented his masterpiece Green Days.  CSUN was the only university he visited in Southern California while on his cultural tour.  After the question & answer session that followed the screening, Director Ahn drew portraits for the students.  In November director Joo Hwan Kim shared his genre-blending feature Divine Fury, which seamlessly blended elements of melodrama, action, and horror.
